Connection issues while using our VPN may arise due to various factors such as 1) the network type you're using (School/Work networks can block VPNs as part of their security policies), 2) Using other VPNs on the same device, 3) Some antiviruses/network monitoring applications can interfere with the connection, your ISP may be blocking connection to the VPN. Additionally, you could try changing to the WireGuard, or OpenVPN – TCP protocol to see if the speed improves. You could try some of the tips in this guide to improve your connection speeds. Please note that we do not limit the bandwidth of your connection, so connection speeds may be influenced by many other factors such as your native ISP speed, location, server load, network setup, etc. We'd be more than happy to help you get a faster and more stable experience.
